Slavol S preparat za seme bilja

At about 2 mm from the root system in the ground (in the rhizosphere), intensive biochemical processes take place in which bacteria participate and positively affect the growth of plants. These bacteria are referred to as Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria (PGP) and include:

  • free, associative, and symbiotic nitrogen fixers,
  • phosphor-mineralizers,
  • bacteria that produce hormones (auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins),
  • antibiotics,
  • enzymes,
  • vitamins, etc.

What is the function of PGP bacteria?

PGP bacteria establish a specific form of community on the root surface called an association. It affects plant nutrition because it performs nitrogen fixation, mineralization of organic compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur. It also produces acids (K, Mg, Fe, B, Al, Mo, Mn) which release microelements from sparingly soluble compounds in the soil.

In that way, the association of PGP bacteria increases the volume of plant cells, accelerates their division, and differentiates curves and organs within the plant itself in the right way.

Symbiotic nitrogen fixers form nodules in the roots of leguminous plants (soybean, alfalfa, peas, beans, clover) where they perform nitrogen fixation, i.e. convert inert nitrogen from the atmosphere to NH4 +. Bacteria directly deliver available nitrogen to plants, while plants supply bacteria with assimilators (nutrients created in the process of photosynthesis).

The formation of symbiotic nodules in the root of the plant, which will help its development, is influenced by several factors such as:

  • Soil pH,
  • humus content,
  • mechanical composition of the soil,
  • application of pesticides and mineral fertilizers.

How does Slavol S isolate PGP bacteria?

Through a series of scientific research projects carried out by Agrounik, a unique, biological fertilizer for seed treatment has been developed – Slavol S, which isolates and targets PGP bacteria for optimal yield.

With the implementation of the project “Application of a New Biostimulator in Corn Seed Processing”, which is financed by the EU and the World Bank through the Innovation Fund, Agrounik has developed preparations for seed treatment of the field, vegetable, and leguminous plants.

How does Slavol S liquid fertilizer work?

Our preparation SLAVOL S contains auxin – indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), which is formed during fermentation, as a secondary metabolic product of bacteria, and is analogous to natural auxin found in seeds.

It was found that the concentration of IAA already in the seed, after 2 days from the beginning of germination, decreases sharply, which is reflected at a constantly low level of auxin during the further period of germination, and then growth.

Applying SLAVOL S liquid fertilizer on seeds, we increase the concentration of IAA, which accelerates the process of germination and sprouting, differentiation of tissues and organs, the formation of the root system, and the subsequent formation of the aboveground part of the plant.

Benefits of using Slavol S liquid fertilizer

Our experiments have proven that the application of liquid fertilizer SLAVOL S increases the energy of seed germination, that the sprouted plants have a stronger root system and higher leaf mass.

Also, the seeds of all plants germinate evenly and pass through phenophase at the same time, which is important for the application of other agrotechnical measures in production. Also, our experiments confirmed that the seeds treated with Slavol S liquid fertilizer can be stored for more than a year, which is very important for finishing centers

With the possibility of uniform germination of plants, you facilitate the application of other, appropriate agro-technical measures (application of pesticides, fertilization, machine cultivation), because plants go through phenophase at the same time.

By applying our SLAVOL S fertilizer on plant seeds, you stimulate germination, sprouting, root system development, and aboveground plant development. Indole-3-acetic acid affects the elongation of cells and organs, stem growth, the development of adventitious and lateral roots, as well as the development of conductive tissue.

A stronger root system means greater power to absorb nutrients from the soil, resulting in better plant nutrition. The larger leaf area enables a more intensive process of photosynthesis, which ensures higher production of organic matter and better yield.

SLAVOL S contains auxin-indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), which is an essential plant hormone that regulates all processes of plant growth and development.

Indole-3-acetic acid in our SLAVOL S liquid fertilizer was isolated and identified by analytical chemistry methods. It is a product of the metabolism of bacteria that promote plant growth (PGP bacteria). The indole-3-acetic acid contained in SLAVOL S fertilizer is also a biologically active substance.

IAA stimulates all physiological processes in plants, as well as the natural synthesis of auxin, which is a natural product of plants. By applying the optimal amount of exogenous auxin (synthesized only in our Slavol S fertilizer) to the seed surface, the effect during seed germination and sprouting is increased.

Field crops:

Small grains (wheat, barley, oats, triticale), corn, soybeans, sunflowers, legumes, fodder plants.

  1. Dissolve Slavol S in the appropriate amount of water and apply it to the hectare norm of seeds.
  2. Dry the seeds and sow.

Pesticides used for seed treatment can be added directly to this solution.

  CORN:

Slavol S (250 ml) + 250 ml of water + (insecticide) + hectare seed rate – maximum 700 ml of total liquid

  SUNFLOWER:

Slavol S (250 ml) + 250 ml of water + (insecticide) + hectare seed rate – maximum 700 ml of total liquid

SOYBEAN:

Slavol for soybeans + 250 ml Slavol S (water) + hectare seed rate

  WHEAT:

Slavol S (250 ml) + 750 ml of water + (pesticide) + seeds for 1 ha

Vegetables

Tomato, paprika, cucumber, root vegetables, tuberous vegetables, bulbous vegetables, cabbage.

  1. Soak the seeds directly in Slavol S for 15-30 minutes
  2. Leave the seeds to germinate or sow directly

Flowers

SEEDLINGS AND CUTTINGS OF ORNAMENTAL PLANTS (indoor and seasonal flowers, perennials, deciduous and coniferous shrubs)

  1. Dissolve Slavol S in 250ml-500ml of water
  2. Cut the cuttings or seedlings and leave them to stand in the prepared solution
  3. After transplanting, water the plants with the remaining amount of solution

There are many benefits that Slavol S fertilizer has, but the most important contribution of our, tested and certified plant growth promoter is reflected in the following contributions:

  • Higher germination power;
  • Better seed germination;
  • Larger mass of 1000 seeds;
  • Higher yield;
  • Higher leaf mass and photosynthesis activity;
  • Formation of lateral and adventitious roots;
  • ⦁ Revival of cuttings and grafts.
